Establishing Your Pet as an Approved Guest

We love dogs!  But we have not always had good luck with allowing dogs at our cabins.  We are trying something new this year to allow good owners to establish their pets as welcome guests.

Initial visit:

  • Agree to and Sign our Good Pet Policy

  • Pay $250 pet fee of which $150 is refundable

 

After initial visit, if everything goes well your pet will be registered as an 'Approved Guest'.  You will still need to let us know that you are bringing your pet, but will no longer need to pay the security deposit.  The $75 pet fee will still apply. Please note, Angie's A-frame, Hiker's Hideaway, and Redtail Rendezvous will remain strictly no-pets. All others are on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.  Please inquire before adding your pet.

Good Pet Policy

  • Pet must remain on a leash when not in cabin​

  • Pet must not be left in cabin unattended

  • Pet waste must be picked up

  • Pets must not be allowed in carpeted areas

  • Pet feet should be wiped clean at door during muddy/rainy times

  • Pet must not be allowed on furniture/sofa/bed

  • Dogs are not allowed on the trails within Mt Rainier National Park

  • Evidence of dog hair on beds/sofas/furniture will result in forfeiture of deposit

  • Evidence of muddy paws on carpet will result in forfeiture of deposit
